Hunter S. Thompson - Technical Support?

How would you describe this familiar scene of dealing with tech support in behavioral terms?

Well all of Hunter's behavior is coming from the fact that this electronic company has screwed up his tv/dvd system. Before he his behavior was in a normal cycle because he had reinforced from his system working, he know how to use it and he was reinforced every time it worked. Now he's going though extinction because old ways of getting a response from the tv aren't working. He's now going though extinction burst because I'm sure he's trying to do different thing to get reinforced from the tv again like he used too. Now he calls the company to get them to fix the tv so that he can be reinforced like he used to be before they installed the new device.
A- Company installs the new device and the tv and now nothing works like it used too.
B- Hunter can't get the tv to work in the normal ways he used to which has caused him to be angry. This causes him to call the company and yell at them.
C- The company now has to go to his house and fix the tv to the way it used to be or they will lose device to then man and he will write them bad reviews.
